Hira Chopra and family are saddened to announce that their mother passed away at West Coast General Hospital on November 30th.
She is survived by two sons and five daughters and their families, including many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 5th, 2015 at Chapel of Memories 4005 - 6th Ave, Port Alberni, BC, followed by a final prayer and Langar at Alberni Valley Gurdwara, 4741 Montrose, Port Alberni, B.C.
The family wish to give special thanks to Dr. Brown and Dr. Sam Williams and all the staff at W.C.G.H.
