Sandra Grobowsky Alexandra Elizabeth (Harvey)
1932-2010
Passed away peacefully surrounded by love. Survived by her four daughters and their families Patti Leigh [Garwood] Gavin and Morgan Glenda McLean [Cleve] Ashley, Erika, Carlee, Lisa Stregger [Darren] Cole: all of Kelowna,Traci Gray: Paige and Conner Burnaby. Sister Val Horvath [Len] W.Van, Brothers: Murdy Harvey W.Van, Stephen Harvey [Shelby] Revelstoke. Predeceased by her brother Walley [Carol] and eleven nieces and nephews.
In her early days Sandra was an amazing mother and friend. She was creative, adventurous, nurturing and always on the go. She continued thru life to show us all the true meaning of determination and the will to engage in life with purpose even when the challenge was at it’s greatest. Our respect for our Mother, Sister, Aunty, Nana and friend are held with the highest regard. She was the ultimate trooper!!!
We are especially grateful to Fir Park Village and their amazing staff for the 30 years of exceptional care, love and respect. Truly a place that she called home and we appreciated for the miles that they bridged.
