Terry Bakken passed away peacefully surrounded by family at West Coast General Hospital on December 5, 2016 at the age of 57.
Terry was predeceased by his mother Madeline Bakken. He is survived by his father Edward Bakken; brothers Robert (Mary) and Mark (Dorothy); nephew Jason (Katy); niece Robin (Tyler) Mearns; along with aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
The family would like to thank Dr. Brown and the caring staff at West Coast General Hospital for the support and care they gave to Terry.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Lawn Bowling Club, 4255 Wallace Street, Port Alberni, BC.
