Black’s refinery idea won’t solve problems

David Black's plan for an oil refinery is still a disaster waiting to happen, on reader says.

Re: $13-billion refinery proposed for Kitimat, www.albernivalleynews.com

Black’s $13-billion refinery does absolutely nothing to alleviate the horrific environmental/economic disasters that could potentially arise from the integrated Enbridge pipeline. This refinery and pipeline is simply a pipe dream … leave it as such.
