Judge Trudeau by his merits not his father's

Continuing to equate Justin Trudeau with his long-departed father is not only disrespectful but an unflattering mark

To the Editor,

Whether willful ignorance or not, continuing to equate Justin Trudeau with his long-departed father is not only disrespectful but an unflattering mark of sheer desperation to find anything to criticize the younger Trudeau for, no matter how insane.

In short, put a cork in it.

Justin Trudeau is not his father.  That was a long time ago with many politicians in between.

This is a new age and the Liberal Party of Canada has a new leader.

Let’s, in the name of all that’s democratic, give hima chance to prove himself — eh.
