To the Editor,
We met Jennifer and Mark Norn of Jowsey's Furniture and their staff when our first purchase was a washer and dryer duo in 2014. Our appliances are both still working today! Over the years after this, we purchased a variety of furniture pieces. We've had only a few repair issues, and found the staff very helpful and work was done professionally. Sometimes they had to call other repair people to come do the work, depending on what needed to be done. So we were very pleased with their ongoing customer service.
We would like to thank all the staff and delivery people that were there when we first starting buying from Jowsey's. Some folks have moved on. We've had a lot of deliveries to our home, and a few items were set up for us.
Another recent purchase was made a short time ago, and the staff was very helpful in finding the perfect choice for us, as we went online in the store. The item arrived in a short period of time, and it was set up for us, when we picked it up.
We will miss seeing the Norns in the store, but now they are going to take life easy. Time to enjoy some much needed relaxation. We are happy to hear that they have found someone who will carry on the Jowsey's name.
We look forward to meeting Joanne See and her family, and perhaps there will be other new staff members to meet, when we come by and see if there is something we may want to add to our home.
