To the Editor,
If anyone deals with these “post-holiday blues,” it’s too late for this year. However, before we realize it, Christmas 2015 will be upon us again.
Let’s use our iPhones and warn ourselves on Nov. 1 that overspending at the end of the year means reading again on the first week of January how we can “lift spirits.”
Let’s become our own “experts,” and take it a bit easier on ourselves. For sure our loved ones don’t want us to become frantic again, because they just wished us a Happy New Year.
