To the Editor,
Volunteers from the Canadian Cancer Society have recently completed a fund raising initiative targeting men’s cancer issues.
We have been in attendance at Bulldogs’ regular games and weekends at Canadian Tire.
We especially want to thank all those wonderful fans and community minded individuals who make donations in exchange for a scarf or other merchandise.
Once again Port Alberni proves itself as the Community with a Heart.
We sincerely thank everyone, and we want you to know that a donation of nearly $4000 has been made to the Canadian Cancer Society through this effort.
