Although the numbers were slightly down, by all reports the West Coast Amateur was a success again this year, with some outstanding golf being played.

Due to the Ladies West Coast Amateur being held on Sunday the regular Men’s Club event will be cancelled.

Look for the Aines and Tyler par points format in two weeks.

With 37 points was the group of Bob Turner, Livio Tedesco, Bill Lekich and Frank Hastings. The final prize went to Bill Barrett with 36 points.

The closest to the pin went to Frank Hastings on No. 2, Sharon Hillman on No. 4, Bill Barrett on No. 13 and Steve Acland on No. 17.
