VIDEO: Port Alberni celebrates Canada Day

The annual event ran alongside the Tri-Conic Challenge

Port Alberni held its annual Canada Day parade on Sunday, July 1.

For the second year in a row, the parade ran along Third Avenue with the Tri-Conic Challenge. Parade-watchers were able to cheer on the racers and hear the whistle of the steam train.

The parade was followed by a flag raising and activities at Harbour Quay.
