Schools in the Alberni Valley have recently benefited from the Alberni Valley Lions Club’s generosity.

On Thursday, Feb. 15 the AV Lions presented the EJ Dunn parent advisory council (PAC) with $1,000 to their breakfast program. On Friday, Feb. 23 the AV Lions donated $2,000 to the ADSS Breakfast Club and $1,000 to the Alberni Elementary PAC to support that school’s breakfast program.

All of the funds presented were thanks to the Lions Club’s annual Community Gaming Grant from BC Gaming.
