A B.C. singer-songwriter will be kicking off her first Canadian tour with a stop at Char’s Landing in Port Alberni.

Nevaeh Dyson is a vibrant singer-songwriter and cover artist from Kelowna, B.C. who is about to embark on her first tour, ranging from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland. Her first intimate concert will be held at Char’s Landing in Port Alberni on Saturday, Sept. 16, where she will be highlighting her original music and storytelling abilities.

Inspired by artists such as The Barenaked Ladies, The Lumineers and Jewel, Dyson’s songs (both original and covered) are all about telling engaging stories. By playing festivals such as Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival, Nestfest and Ribfest, she has become a staple of the B.C. Interior’s music scene.

Char’s Landing’s intimate and friendly setting is the perfect match for Dyson’s level of audience interaction and inclusion. Expect a toe-tapping, interactive and fun-loving night.
