The Alberni Valley came out en masse to experience Suds, the Rocking ’60s Musical last weekend, and Portal Players Dramatic Society has responded by adding an additional performance on Thursday, March 15.
That means that there is an additional opportunity for theatregoers to see Cindy, Marge, Dee Dee, Johnny Angel, the Postman, and Mrs. Halo perform 50 favourite songs from the ’60s, accompanied by “Sandy and the Spin Cycles”.
The show continues Friday and Saturday nights until March 17, with the additional performance on Thursday, March 15.
Lisa Fryer, Janet Deakin, Yvette Deveau, Brent Ronning, Chris Arthurs and the band enchanted audiences the first two weekends.
Tickets are $20 in advance, available only at Rollin Art Centre or online at www.atthecapitol.org.
