Legal Description: LOT E (DD ED3677), BLOCK 11, DISTRICT LOT 100, ALBERNI DISTRICT, PLAN 1488
Bylaw P1494 will rezone the subject property from Single Family Residential (R1) District to Cottage Residential (RC-1) District to allow construction of up to four cottages to be operated as short-term vacation rentals.

A public hearing is not held for Bylaw P1494 as the rezoning is consistent with the Beaver Creek Official Community Plan.
