Sadly, we announce that Don passed on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the West Coast General Hospital in Port Alberni. He leaves to forever miss him, his wife of 23 years, Marlene; sister, Sonja; and many extended family members and friends. Don was predeceased by his parents Dora and Tom Malmer; son, Byron; and sisters, Lucille and Florence.
A Celebration to honour Don's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honour Don's memory may do so by making a donation in his name to a charity of their choice.
