Fred Warm passed away surrounded by his loving family at West Coast General Hospital on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at the age of 81.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Ann; he is survived by his children Kim (Henry) Peulen and Jim (Tannis); grandchildren Matthew, Katie, Carl, Mattaya, and Elyse; great-grandchildren Jack and Violet; and sisters Lydia Fawcett and Renetta Thomas.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Church, 4408 Redford Street, Port Alberni, BC, with Pastor Kevin Platz officiating. Memories and condolences can be shared with the family at www.chapelofmemories.ca.
