1935 – 2015
It is with great sadness that the family of June Melloy announce her passing on October 23, 2015 at the West Coast General Hospital surrounded by family and close friends, Vicki and Brian Daniels.
June was born March 20, 1935 in Perth, Scotland. Predeceased by her parents, her daughter Margaret and son-in-law Peter Lamb, her sister Anne and brother-in-law Don Sharp, her brother Raymond Lang and her niece Leslie and she is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Jim, her son Jimmy, grandchildren Dan (Amber) Lamb, Margaret Lamb, Mathew (Diana) Melloy, great grandchildren James and Abbey Lamb, sisters Margaret (Nova Scotia), Leslie (Scotland) and Sheila (Nanaimo).
Cremation has taken place. There will be no service at June’s request. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
