1938-2020 ~ It is with sadness that the family announce the passing of their mother, Phyllis Cherry at WCGH on Friday, September 25, 2020.
Phyllis was predeceased by her first husband, Brian McClary in September of 2004 and her second husband, Ernest Cherry in July 2018.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Sandy) of Victoria, Eileen of Kelowna, Alison (Rick) of Whitecourt, AB and Paul (Rose) of Port Alberni, BC; grandchildren, Cody (Deserray) of Port Alberni, Jessica (Gary) of New Zealand and Cole of Kelowna; her first great-granddaughter, Lexie (New Zealand), and her soon to be born 2nd great-grandchild.
Due to Covid there will be no service at this time. A gathering of friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations if so desired, may be made to a charity of your choice.
