To the Editor,
My wife and I just got back from a hectic morning of shopping.
We saved eight bucks on printer ink cartridges; 14 bucks on peanut butter; nine bucks on bulk food; 26 bucks on ASA tablets and won a free container of yogurt.
That old saying ‘It takes money to earn money’ must have been coined by a sardonic shopper stumbling towards his car with an armload of bags and parcels filled with bargains.
