When Christina Proteau’s in the field, the odds of her winning are pretty good.
Port Alberni’s Proteau continued her impressive track record by winning the low gross title of the Mount Brenton Golf Club’s ladies amateur tournament last week in Cowichan.
Proteau shot a 73 the first day and followed with a 70 that included an eagle on the 10th hole to claim the title.
